Entering checkout on ambe traders constitutes acceptance of this Covenant between you and Dabhi Tusharbhai Vinubhai (trade name ambe traders), for the supply of HSN 1209 sowing-grade seed packets spanning vegetable, flower, forage, herb, spice, and fruit-planting collections.

I. Parties & vault identity

II. Catalogue fidelity

  • Each SKU binds us to the stated variety name, pack weight or seed count, and HSN classification shown at purchase.
  • Imagery is atmospheric reference; botanical variance in colour, size, and packet fill within grade is inherent to sowing stock.
  • When a harvest window closes, a listing may suspend without terminating open orders already sealed for dispatch.

III. Consideration & settlement rails

  • All prices display in Indian Rupees (Rs) and include applicable taxes unless checkout shows otherwise.
  • Accepted rails include UPI (via certified gateways) and Cash on Delivery where the PIN corridor is serviceable.
  • Email verification is a precondition of vault access at checkout; COD corridor fees, if any, appear before you confirm.

IV. Order seal

V. Force & limitation

This Covenant is interpreted under the laws of India. Courts at Surat, Gujarat hold exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from vault purchases, unless mandatory consumer forum rules provide otherwise.
