Packet Integrity Protocol
Protocol seal dated 2 September 2026
Because sowing packets are hygroscopic, integrity claims must be ignited within 24 hours of first delivery attempt. Silence after that window extinguishes eligibility for replacement light.
I. Claimable integrity faults
- Assortment mismatch — variety or pack mass diverges from the sealed invoice.
- Transit trauma — crushed, water-intruded, or unsealable foil that renders stock unfit to sow.
- Phantom delivery — courier marks “delivered” while the beacon never arrives at the stated address.
II. Faults outside the protocol
- Cosmetic scuffs, natural seed mottling, or grade-normal size drift within the same SKU.
- Delays born of unreachable phones, incomplete PIN data, or refused access at the door.
- Packets opened, sown, or discarded before a claim is lodged with photographic evidence.
III. Ignition procedure
Open Track order with your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the outer carton and affected packets. Our support team replies within two business days during Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM.
IV. Remediation spectrum
Validated claims may resolve as partial credit to the original rail, a replacement dispatch when stock remains luminous, or store credit — elected by Dabhi Tusharbhai Vinubhai to restore packet integrity without undue waste.
