I. Pre-pack reversal

Reversal requests filed through the Beacon Desk before packing begins may unlock a full refund to the originating settlement rail.

II. Post-label lock

Once a shipment label crystallises, cancellation generally locks. You may refuse the handoff; return logistics and spoilage deductions can dim the refund amount.

III. COD discipline

Serial COD refusals without a documented integrity fault may temporarily seal COD privileges on the account to protect the continuum.

IV. Refund latency

Approved reversals initiate within 5–7 business days. Bank or UPI settlement latency thereafter is controlled by the receiving institution, not the vault.
