  • During extreme heat corridors, supplemental cooling media may accompany sensitive lots.
  • Outer cartons carry variety, mass, and handling glyphs for hub staff.

III. Luminance timeline

Orders sealed before 14:00 IST on business days typically leave the Surat vault within 24–48 hours. Festival surge windows may extend packing by one additional luminous day.

IV. Transit tariffs

Prepaid UPI orders receive complimentary standard dispatch unless a remote-corridor surcharge applies. COD orders may carry a corridor fee disclosed on the checkout ledger before confirmation.

V. Delivery attempts

Partners attempt delivery up to two times. Failed attempts caused by recipient unavailability may require re-projection; perishable risk may reduce refundable value if the packet degrades in limbo.
